This workshop will cover the basics of Yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi, meditation & massage, along with this will be an introduction to Primal Movement.
This is 3/4 hours that will help you learn how to relax & become more mindful.
We have more than 35 years of experience teaching and training in YogaFit, Qigong, Tai Chi, meditation, massage & internal martial arts and invite you to come and join us to learn how to relax in a fun and friendly environment.

Energy & Balance: This a beginners class and is ideal for any age or ability. It will help to improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and breathing. This is achieved through different exercises such as the use of yoga postures & stretches. For more advanced participants hand weights may be used occasionally. We will also use simple breathing exercises from Qi Gong, to aid relaxation and improve breathing. Various meditations will be practised to help with stress, anxiety and improve overall health.
Qigong & Tai Chi
Helps to improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and breathing as well as learning movement skills. This is achieved through different exercises & Chinese kung fu forms, along with the use of postures & stretches similar to yoga. It helps also breathing, using exercises from Qi Gong, to aid relaxation and improve health. Various meditations will be practised to help with stress, anxiety and improve overall wellbeing.
Enjoy learning relaxing & soothing massage techniques, feel your tension wash away with simple massage techniques. Our massages are purely for pleasure and relaxation & are suitable for everybody.
