Freestyle Combat System:is a mixture of Kickboxing, MMA & self-defence, it uses techniques from various martial arts including Kickboxing, Boxing, Savate, Jeet Kune Do, Judo, Chin Na, BJJ, Shuai Jiao, Sombo, Catch Wrestling & Freestyle Tae Kwon Do.
This system comes from years of experience and learning from some of the best instructors in the world. The MMA grappling and kickboxing classes primarily for self-defence rather than sport but can be used as a foundation for competitive martial arts.
Come and learn martial arts from qualified & experienced instructors, who can help you build correct form and strong techniques.
Although this system is mainly practised for self-defence it is also a great way to get fit and improve flexibility & mobility. Plus they help build confidence, self-discipline and are great fun.

Tuesday Kickboxing & Grappling is for beginners age 12+ of any fitness level
Thursday Junior MMA For 7-11 year olds check out our Junior MMA. In this class they will learn kickboxing as well as basic wrestling & grappling techniques.

WarriorFit: Wednesday 6.30pm-7.15pm
This workout is the perfect compliment to the martial arts classes and is based on my workouts that helped me build one of the best competitive freestyle martial arts teams. The team won everything at all levels from juniors, ladies, team, mens and seniors all the way from area up to and beating European champions.
It also a great workout for anybody who just wants to get in great shape and build a winning mentality.
